Thanks so much for all of the endless hours and miles you spent with us. You were never pushy, which we greatly appreciated, and you always made it fun. I lost count of how many houses we looked at, but I know it was bunches. We appreciate all of your efforts. You didn't give up on us even after we were giving up on ourselves. I really didn't think there was a house out there that would make us all happy, and then you found it!

Hi Kevin & Janelle,
Bill & I would like to thank you both for all your help in finding us our new home. Moving and looking for a new home is never easy, and when you are moving to a new state it is even harder. We could have spent endless hours driving around trying to figure out just what area we wanted to live, and then find the right home. You listened to what kind of home and where we wanted to be and pointed us in that direction, and we believe that because you grew up and lived in the area you had a slight advantage. As we narrowed the search down you were able to make arrangements to get us into homes with short notice because of Bill's work schedule and my ability to come "house hunting," and we greatly appreciated it. You even talked to a family that didn't even have the home on the market yet and made arrangements for us to go through it. As things came up that could have been problems with closing they were taken care of promptly. You even took time out to go the house and meet with the appliance delivery people while we were in the closing meeting, so we would not have to reschedule them. Once we closed and you got your check we have not been forgotten, as so often we hear of other realtors. As things have come up after the sale you are still working for us and helping us in any way you can.

We had the privilege of meeting and working with Kevin and Janelle Wiggins when we began searching for
our first home. Though ours was a challenging request, as we were looking for a home which was to be used in a related living arrangement, there was no request we made of Kevin or Janelle which they viewed as too difficult.

I am a first time home owner and to say that I was nervous going in would be an understatement. I was weary about working with real estate agents as I heard some intimidating things about their work ethics.
However, it wasn't long before I realized that Kevin and Janelle were on my side.
